N Chandrasekaran voted the best CEO of India by Asian Investors

N Chandrasekaran, CEO & MD, Tata Consultancy Services, has been voted as the best CEO of India, as per FinanceAsia magazine’s annual poll of investors and analysts.

TCS' CFO S Mahalingam has been voted the best CFO of India in the same poll.

Hong Kong SAR-based FinanceAsia conducts the annual poll across 300 investors and analysts to find Asia’s top companies in different categories, including Best CEO and CFO.

For the year ended March 31, 2010, TCS posted an industry leading 8% revenues growth and 33% net profit growth. Full year dividend was rupees 20 per share which amounted to a dividend payout ratio of 65.6%.
