TCS partners with LocalTapiola for a revolutionized customer experience

Helsinki | Mumbai, January 22, 2018: Tata Consultancy Services (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS), a leading global IT services, consulting and business solutions organization, and LocalTapiola, one of Finland’s largest insurance companies today announced that they will work together to deepen LocalTapiola’s digital customer engagement.

LocalTapiola is transforming into a lifelong security company that provides its customers with comprehensive, preventative services in the areas of health, security and finance. An array of new Omni-channel services will be created to support these. The projected digital transformation will focus on self-service, marketing automation, next best action marketing, CRM and analytics.
