MARYSVILLE, Ohio, November 4, 2009: Honda of America Mfg., Inc. has recognized the associates at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), the leading IT services, business solutions and outsourcing firm, for outstanding performance at providing products and services that support Honda’s manufacturing in Ohio.
TCS is among 12 companies receiving Supplier of the Year awards for top performance in the areas of quality, delivery and productivity improvement. Called “MRO” suppliers, these companies provide “maintenance, repair and operational (MRO) service to four Honda plants in Ohio that include supplying electrical power, office products, specialty tooling, as well as construction, milling and material handling services.
