TCS Builds Four Pillars for Modernizing Workspace

"The wave of digital transformation is incomplete without automating the workspace,” says Satishchandra Doreswamy, VP & Global Head, Cloud Infrastructure, TCS. “Our customers need mobility for monitoring data associated with their employees, business, and other enterprise transactions. Every human-driven process is now transacted through applications on the web or mobile. The freedom of managing data and daily tasks without any geographical or time barriers is the beauty of digitalization in the modern workspace. Flexibility of employee workflow, cognitive capabilities and a collaborative working environment primarily increase productivity and work efficiency,” Doreswamy explains.
“Modernizing the workspace in TCS is structured on four pillars – intelligence, automation, cloud and an agile system. The foundation of these pillars is TCS’ ECP (Enterprise Cloud Platform) and MFDM (Machine First Delivery Model). This methodology is being used to digitize customer and internal business units,” he adds.
