He has over 25 years of experience in Telecom Business Assurance, specializing in Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management, Billing, Interconnect Partner Settlements, Risk Compliance, Audits, and Accounting. His area of expertise includes setting up and establishing the RAFM framework, processes, and controls for Telecom operations, delivering and deploying RAFM systems, and rolling out operational reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics for the RA organization.
