The TCS’s Strategic Leadership Program has been an exceptional foundation for my transition into the corporate environment following my MBA. In my first year as a Business Consultant, I have had the privilege of working with diverse clients across various industries and countries. Each project has provided valuable opportunities for learning, adapting, and expanding my skill set. My responsibilities have included presenting TCS offerings to executive-level stakeholders, advising CIOs and their teams on digital initiatives, proposing new product lines to clients, and collaborating with senior leaders to develop growth strategies for TCS.

With the guidance and support of my management team, I have been able to pursue projects aligned with my interests, challenge myself with tasks that require stepping outside of my comfort zone, and focus on initiatives that push my boundaries. These experiences have enabled me to develop essential skills such as decision-making, problem-solving, effective communication, stakeholder management, and relationship building.

As a participant in the Strategic Leadership Program, I am enthusiastic about the opportunities ahead within TCS and look forward to furthering my professional growth through new challenges and experiences.
