Michele Lemmens

Michele is the CTO and Head of Business Sustainability for TCS APAC region. She is responsible for championing, shaping, and bringing to life new sustainability initiatives with stakeholders. She facilitates access to the depth and breadth of TCS capabilities, solutions, Research & Innovation and COIN partnership to deliver measurable economic, social, environmental outcomes that have industry relevance and value. Michele has over 25 years of consulting experience in both mature and emerging markets, evangelising sustainability and ESG, forging digital transformation and innovation pathways and curating new models for banking, financial services, and insurance. She brings considerable experience building collaboration in multi-stakeholder initiatives, leading the formulation of new business and revenue models often driven by new market entry or expansion strategies that have M&A, joint ventures, startups, and strategic alliances as core pillars.
